Madelyn Chen is an Senior Associate with PwC’s Deals practice, with background in Economics and Health Management. She joined the firm in July 2022 and got promoted to Senior Consultant in July 2024, and has worked on several M&A (SMO, IMO, & Divestitures Post-Deal) projects. She has supported Separation Management Office (SMO) work and coordinated IT activities under digital technology team in highly complex $30B transaction. She transitioned into the lead role for overall SMO business-as-usual support. She supported a large team of 20+ (mix of levels and 7 overseas resources) and developed key separation materials (i.e., day 1 project execution dashboard, CST dashboard, app migration ramp down strategy, TSA interdependency dashboard, Funding approval dashboard, etc.). She also coordinated 8 client workstreams and created weekly deliverables for recurring meetings with IT Leadership.As a quick learner, she quickly adapt to her first project with no background in data center and IT.
