Hi! I’m Maddie, and I’m currently a sophomore at Clemson University pursuing a degree in food science and technology with an emphasis in culinology. Passionate about the culinary arts and science of all things food, I’m eager to explore and contribute to the world of food product development.While I’m still on my academic journey, I’m driven by a desire to create new food products. Cooking, baking, and experimenting in the kitchen were some of my favorite memories growing up. I want to combine my passion for food science with my love for community and develop and create new food products to make a difference in the industry.I am enthusiastic about getting hands-on experience and am exploring internships, projects, and mentorship opportunities that will allow me further to develop my skills and knowledge in food science.
