In Topex I worked with assigning employees’ tasks, managed the pick line, and looked at scheduled inbounds and outbounds.• I worked as a project manager for our racking project that changed our warehouse from a floor bulk facility to a fully racked facility. I worked with all the contractors and gave weekly updates to the sites General Manager.• I worked on and completed a continuous improvement plan for the site as well as a site safety plan.• I worked with the safety team to produce a Job Safety Analysis (JSA) as well as Work Instructions.• Worked with a group of interns on a Capstone project.
