In my role as product manager, I have worked across two different product lines at Granular to help determine where we can provide customers value in software tools and to develop and execute on a roadmap. I collaborate closely with software engineers and designers, as well as go-to-market counterparts to ship and launch new and improved features, and track their success with our customers.

As a customer success manager, I was responsible for training and managing the accounts of roughly 30 farm customers in Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, and California. This work included regular touch points with each customer, individualized training sessions, strategic business reviews, managing annual subscription renewals and negotiations, and planning and presenting at customer training events held across the Midwest. I also had responsibility for relaying feedback to the product team specific to a certain part of the application and helped to develop playbooks that were rolled out for use by the entire team of customer success managers.

My role as a Business Analyst includes analyzing qualitative and quantitative data for clients, providing deliverables based on scoped project work (presentations, process maps, event materials, etc.), managing communication and planning for events hosted by our clients, and project management.
