Lead Childcare Teacher duties consist of taking care of children, teaching the lessons from lesson plans, staying on schedule, communication with parents and dispersing duties among other childcare employees. Other responsibilities include taking care of children and providing for their basic needs such as feeding, diaper changes, scheduling playtime, lesson time, and clean up time. Creating a clean and safe environment is also apart of the responsibilities of a child care teacher.
