It is complete with an abundance of features and amenities that exceed residents' needs and helps students achieve a well-rounded college experience. Specifically, I handle daily tasks like selling the living experience to prospective residents, sourcing and following up on leads, scheduling and leading tours, and answering any questions that current and future residents may have. I have the responsibility of knowing current rates of each floor plan and details of leasing products and processes.
