Experienced Registered Nurse with a background in Intermediate Critical Care, School Nursing/Public Health, two years of Inpatient Clinical Care Management for the Cardiac Stepdown unit, and Cardiovascular Critical Care Unit. In addition, I've received training in Utilization Review using MCG and InterQual software. With the faith of leaders at Orlando Health, I was selected to become a Length-of-stay knockdown task force member consequently igniting my passion to seek ways to contribute to healthcare quality and process improvement with the goal of enhancing healthcare delivery and outcomes through innovative solutions. I am eager to continue my education with the goal of completing a Dual Master's degree program for Business Operations and Healthcare Administration at Georgia State University.
