Reported late loads 2x a day to the transportation team as well as the 20+ carrier partners of TSC and collected responses from carriers for the updates on the late loads through IBM Cognos Analytics. Curated a Power BI dashboard to track the late loads transported for vendors shipping direct to store for shavings and pelletized bedding to be able to better discuss delays, turnover, performance trends, and any other issues that may need to be addressed.
