● Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate special requests to the appropriate team members ● Process payments and accurately enter orders through the POS system● Effectively communicate with customers ensuring a positive dining experience ● Address guest inquiries and requests ● Manage multiple completing tasks efficiently and effectively

● Consult with chapter officers and other sorority officials to balance and finalize a budget ● Maintain the budget throughout the year and adjust when necessary● Utilize Billhighway software for sorority financial management● Make sure all membership dues and other payments are received● Ensure that all members, university officials and sorority officials are properly informed regarding financial responsibility and the state of the budget.● Ensure proper payment of all sorority associated fees and expenses ● Manage and oversee the sorority’s credit card● Communicate with members regarding past due payments and establish payment plans as needed● Train the incoming Treasurer at the conclusion of my term

● Coordinate and conduct all Panhellenic Scholarship Programming● Provide help for other Panhellenic positions● Provide information on scholarship opportunities to all sororities● Perform all other duties as needed and assigned to support Panhellenic
