Through the NALCAP program, in partnership with the Spanish government, I have accepted 1 of the 22 roles in Cataluyna for the 2023-24 school year teaching grades 1-6 in their English Education.I prepare engaging English-learning activities and lesson plans for ages 6 through 12.

Designed and executed art and music curriculum for over 150 children each summer ages 8-14 in the areas of sets, costumes and vocal technique for over 20 musicals and plays. Met with and led a design team of 1-2 assistants every summer to plan learning objectives and fit within the Community Theater's nonprofit budget.

Create discussions, educational events, and activities each month to engage UW-Madison campus members through strong collaboration with campus and community partners in event coordinating logistics while educating and strongly supporting event creation by Social Justice Hub staff and team members.

Oversaw a team of three in marketing, outreach, and media positions on UW-Madison's campus. Created brand awareness for Bumble's app and values by promoting creative marketing stunts around the UW-Madison campus. Completed 3+ monthly tasks involving social media asset creation, video creation, local business tabs, and event planning.

Oversaw 6 Magazines’ marketing and publicity campaigns for all content. Raised engagement 150% through conceptualizing video campaigns which gave students an inside look into magazines’ processes. Implemented and designed the Black Voices Amplified Campaign which gives a platform to national and student writers’ literature. In tandem with her community partner, Wisconsin Alliance for Women's Health, Madelyn has created Persist at the Polls to overcome multifaceted issues faced by marginalized groups in this time through getting the vote out and educating on state legislators' platforms. Through partnering with community based artists, businesses, and students in the Madison area, Persist at the Polls follows WIAWH's pillars of informing, involving, and inspiring individuals to be effective advocates for restructuring these Wisconsin institutions. This project garnered over 100 volunteers to send out over 3000 postcards to young, women, low-propensity voters in the Milwaukee, Madison and Kenosha areas.
