Served as Special Assistant to the Assistant Director for Stakeholder Engagement operating in an advisory capacity to help stand up the new division and establish internal and external messaging to solidify singular voice, mission and value-add. Responsibilities include: • Contributed to division-wide strategy, planning and messaging for engaging CISA internal and external stakeholders across cybersecurity, infrastructure security and emergency communications • Drafted and presented internal communications and strategy reports to SED leadership to inform and provide recommendations and decision support to help articulate division philosophy, mission, operations and value. • Coordinated relationships across diverse stakeholder segments to include Federal, state, local, tribal, territorial (SLTT), presidential advisory council, critical infrastructure sector, industry, academic and non-profit partners and established first executive-level relationship management tracker to capture key action items.• Worked across teams from technical threat assessment to field risk advisors to manage division communications with a single, unified voice. • Translated CRM intelligence from over 1,800 engagements to inform SED Communications Plan to enable coordinated, strategically-aligned stakeholder engagement across the agency.
