• Maintain knowledge of Federal, State and local legal requirements regarding recruitment and records administration• Maintain employee personnel files and records pertaining to promotions, transfers, training and certifications, company property issues, and employee statistics for internal and government reporting.Benefits Administration Recording (Health, Dental, Life, Disability, 401(k), Section 125)• Administer employee vacation, sick leave and personal leave accrual plans• Conduct enrollments and maintain individual employee benefits records as required• COBRA coordination• Leave of absence administration• Process employee benefits forms/requests• Reconcile benefits statements• Administer Workers’ Compensation claims, coordinating with insurance provider to submit accident reports and comply with OSHA and state reporting requirements• Coordinate with Payroll for accurate payroll processingEmployment• Write and control all employment offer letters• Obtain & control signed copies of all required new hire documents• Coordinate new employee orientation and coordinate setup in company networks and systems• Manage pre-employment drug testing and background investigation programs• Place requisition advertisements as requested• Coordinate employee termination paperwork and resetting employee network accounts and access• Compile exit interview information for reportingAdministrator for HR Online Management software• Maintain Employee Information Records in Database• Develop and distribute information from the system to be used for reporting requirements
