My career spans multiple industries, including healthcare, urgent care, occupational medicine, senior living and home-care, behavioral health, hospitality, non-profit, for-profit, publicly traded, and compliance-heavy environments like defense-federal contracting, where I’ve successfully led large-scale change management initiatives, talent development strategies, and employee engagement programs.I’ve held executive HR roles, including Chief Human Resources Officer, where I led the HR function for a behavioral health organization that grew from 130 to over 1,700 employees.
