•New destination and/or material creation on tracking system•Tracking British American Tobacco orders produced by the suppliers located in England, Belgium, Czechia, Bulgaria, Finland, South Africa, Switzerland, Austria, Holland and France and uploading orders to tracking system•Communicating with selected carriers for container availability and making bookings on OTM•Spot shipment arrangement in case needed•Updating tracking system with ETS,ETA details on Clear Metal or carriers' websites•Checking shipping instructions from suppliers and other documents (Invoice, PL, Eur1, SAD etc.)•Tracking all in transit shipments and in case of ETA changes, asking for root cause from carriers and updating new ETA on tracking system•Tracking actual arrivals with carriers and updating on tracking system•Sharing daily status reports•Daily problem escalation and informing customer about delays•Non-value added costs and demurrage control on daily basis and root cause analyzing•Preparing KPI’s and root cause analysis on monthly basis and taking respective actions•Receving quotes and AWBs from the forwarders and organizing air freights•Attending and hosting customer DDS with the regional planning teams
