Product development & Value Engineering for Mobile Hydraulic Cranes - Terex- Lead and Support the team on Customization & Design Improvement activities.- Concept proposals and feasibility studies for cost reduction and value addition.- Value Engineering - Competitive tear-down, benchmarking and case study preparation.

Product development, Value Engineering & Reverse Engineering for Club Car / Power toolsEngineering design and development support for Club Car (All Terrain Vehicles - Personal & Transport)- Part/assembly development support for Power train and Suspension system.- Involved in development of smart connected vehicles – Case study & Data collection.- Reverse engineering studies on strategic components for cost benefit.- Value & Cost Engineering - Competitive teardown, benchmarking and case study preparation.Engineering design and development support for Power tools (Pneumatic & Cordless impact wrenches)- Part/Assembly development for Impact wrenches and support till manufacturing build.- Perform basic FEA on CAD models, Testing Prototypes & FAI’s for engineering builds.- Value Engineering - teardown and benchmarking studies for Cost reduction.- Development of EOL (End of Line) testing systems for global manufacturing locations.- Performing Endurance, Performance, ALT & Drop tests for product validation.
