Job responsibilities: Establish set-up procedures, preventive maintenance schedules for equipment, preparing maintenance specifications and conduct training for technicians and all users.Analyze and improve equipment performance, lead the maintenance cost reduction activities and develop specifications and guidelines for new semiconductor equipment installations.Trouble shooting of equipments / process related issues to obtain optimum solutions at shortest possible time, establish sufficient spares and consumables stock levels to support equipment maintenance.Coordinating with Quality Assurance and Process control to meet customer requirements.Coordinated with Production, QA and Process departments to meet the management targets in quality, cost and delivery.Hands on daily trouble shooting and maintenance experience in BGA Singulation saw (Disco Saw EAD6340, EAD6340K, AD6340KS, DAD641, Hanmi Pick and Sort 3000D, 2000D), Singulation Punch ( Hanmi 3000D punch systems), Auto Vision Inspection (ICOS T120, ICOS 9450, ICOS8250, Hanmi auto vision) and Checksum I/O testers.Company profile:STATS ChipPAC's Singapore facility features a Class 10K clean room environment and its operation provides full turnkey services including wafer bump & RDL, IPD, wafer probe, packaging, final testing and drop shipment.
