- Currently working in Sales Online Project. My area of focus is on CAR OAA functionality.- Primarily responsible for the Solution design for the new functionalities related to Omni channel availability and Sourcing functionalities for H&M Group.- Solution design include designing complex sourcing strategies to fit dynamic Online business needs and mapping new business process like drop ship etc.- Setup the end to end OAA including the Fiori Apps and integration with Hybris Web shops.- Instrumental in rolling out new business models such as Dropship, Fulfilment from stores in Online space.- Worked extensively in integrating H&M systems with Marketplaces like TMall (China), SSG (Korea), Myntra (India) etc.- Instrumental in H&M and the brands Online expansion to new growth markets across geography.- Primary responsibilities also include leading workshops, deep dive forums, Architectural forums, upgrade activities, preparing Functional specifications and testing.- Working closely with Business counter parts like Sales online and Customer Experience in defining the Order Orchestration road map and creating new Sourcing strategies that enable H&M long term vision.

- Lead CAR OAA Application maintenance team from onsite.- Primary responsibilities include assisting business for Online campaigns, handling Priority incidents and addressing them within SLA.- Previously worked in Sales Store Team, handling primarily the POS Inbound (CAR), Store inventory count solution and Store Inventory Management portal solution.- Worked extensively in CAR system on POS DTA space. Responsible for solutions stabilization for New Roll out countries and root cause analysis for Problems and identifying permanent fix to it.- First point of contact for all Store Inventory count (SIC) and Store Inventory Management (SIM) Portal related issues and changes.- Responsible for educating the user and making them comfortable with the system and address their queries.- Solving day to day tickets from the business as per the defined SLA.- Part of Root cause analysis group for SIM and SIC solutions.- Responsible for Updating system configuration and documentation when there are changes or new requirements in the business process.

Was part of an Implementation team for one of the renowned retailer in London. Worked in Master Data and procurement team and handled complex interfaces of mapping master data to different legacy systems. Rolled out the Template based solution to 14 countries which includes Balkans and Baltic countries.
