Head of the Discover product, empowering publishers and show producers with cutting-edge creative and analytics tools to engage their audiences on Snapchat. We built state of the art Content publishing systems used across Ads and Publishers. We built sophisticated content management tools and analytics to help Content creators with tools, feedback and insights. We built powerful optimization tools and ranking to maximize engagement and help publishers improve their content. Impact: During my tenure the Discover audience grew from ~10M DAU to ~30M DAU and engagement metrics improved by 30% due to various efforts on the team.

Head of Twitter's engineering efforts to increase visitor engagement (ie. engagement of users that are not logged-in). This included the Twitter home, profile, tweet and download pages.Impact: During my tenure, we shipped Twitter's first ever content-based, infinitely scrollable home page on mobile and desktop. We improved engagement rates and decreased bounce rates by 30% due to efforts on the team.

Head of Ads Platform. Responsible for building, leading and growing a 50+ people org with these world-class teams critical to the business: Ads Serving, Twitter's prediction/machine learning infrastructure, Ads API, Ads Dataservice infrastructure, Ads Billing and Payments infrastructure. Hired, groomed and managed a team of engineering managers in addition to managing engineers and interns directly. Impact: During my tenure in Ads, Twitter grew from 1000's of $ to billions of $ in revenue and grew from a handful of advertisers to 100s of thousands. We built systems to serve core ad formats, support critical targeting options and scaled the services to cater to Twitter's growing user demand, exchange demands, advertiser demands and peak event demands, all while increasing the quality and effectiveness of ads by orders of magnitude.

Ads serving infrastructure from the ground up for Twitter Ads. One of the founding engineers of Twitter's monetization efforts. Worked on a variety of projects supporting the conception, the ramp-up and scaling of Twitter's promoted products and saw it through various stages of growth from conception to IPO and beyond.

Worked on GPU accelerated subdivision surface rendering, speeding realtime rendering by 60x. The work has been used by artists in the production of the movie Brave and others since.

Large scale C++ software design contributions building HFSS, Ansoft's flagship product.

Worked at Powerset during its acquisition by Microsoft. Accelerating semantic search queries using GPUs.

Built the architecture for 'transparent' hardware-based encryption for storing user credentials for various websites. Worked on various functionalities for the site.
