• Acting as Local S&OP Lead for the ME market; organizing reviews with sales teams and sharing inputs to the regional demand planner; providing the best visibility on sales forecast over a period of 3 to 24 months• Leading cross-functional team for spearheading entire gamut of activities inclusive of warehouse management, logistics operations, material management and so on• Managing end-to-end documentation pertaining to pre-shipment (Performa invoice, Custom Invoice, Packing List, SDF) and post shipment (Commercial Invoice & Packing List)• Releasing procurement guideline & policy to set-up and managing commercial & compliance value of centralised souring• Heading team to meet demand fulfillment by ensuring On-Time-In-Full supplies against budget / forecast ensuring management of inventory and procurements within budgeted rates• Directing end-to-end logistics operations inclusive of maintaining inventory records, stock control, shortages, shipment details, expenditures and fleet tracking for on-time reporting at customer site
