My career includes managing complex, multi-country core banking transformations, SAP S/4HANA program rollouts, legacy modernization, and digital programs for large clients worldwide. I have implemented core banking programs, developed various digital products including SAP IS solutions, and assisted clients with application maintenance and template enhancements. Additionally, I managed the P&L for a portfolio of accounts, ensuring strategic growth and operational efficiency.A strong advocate of automation and innovation-led growth, I follow a design-thinking approach in all engagements to enhance human-centricity and end-user experience. Prior to founding technology and consulting organizations, I served as a business leader in the banking industry.As an Atal Innovation Mission (AIM) Mentor of Change, and Core Mentor at GMG Innovation Academy, I guide startups and young students in adopting design-thinking methodologies to develop entrepreneurial skills and guide them from Business Model Canvas to Business Pitch. My advisory and board roles include association with Garje Marathi Global Inc., a California-based nonprofit organization, BINDU which is a social application for visually impaired individuals and mentoring at the GMG Innovation Academy. I also mentor at incubation centers such as E-cell IIT Mumbai, and Symbiosis Pune. My speaking engagements at various industry events and academic institutions focus on innovation in banking and strategies for financial institutions to achieve success by targeting the bottom of the pyramid.My academic background includes an MBA in Finance, a Master's in Cost and Management Accounting, and certification as a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers (CAIIB). I am also a trained design thinking practitioner, SAFe Agile professional, and a Certified Program Manager from Cornell University. My professional journey includes roles as a business banker in the banking industry, a domain consultant with TCS, Infosys and currently, I serve as a vice president and global product head for BFSI Industry at SunTec Business Solutions managing a portfolio of products and clients across geographies.
