My specialties include, but are not limited to: Providing strategic and operational support for the Business Unit Leadership Team. Developing, implementing and managing HR best practices that optimize productivity; creating and maintaining HR policies & procedures ensuring consistent compliance with employment law in accordance with corporate guidelines while increasing overall efficiency; assisting in the recruitment process, orientations/on-boarding, new hire orientation, employee training, performance management processes. I will be actively participating in company wide initiatives relating to workforce optimization and process improvements such as Employee Performance Management System (EPSM)
