Three decades as a Corporate Trainer, Consultant and Researcher in the area of Organization Development (OD), Change Management and Women@work. Currently, I am an Independent OD Consultant engaged with the National Institute for Smart Government (NISG) on an important assignment and also with the Centre for Organization Development (COD). I am also a Convener, Policy & Advocacy CII IWN for years 2024-25.Held the Position of Director, member of the Board, Centre for Organization Development, (COD) Hyderabad and led the institute, its operations in various capacities for 18 years 1993-2011; currently associated with COD as an independent consultant from March 2022-till date Worked at the National Institute of Smart Government (NISG) Hyderabad, in the role of Senior General Manager, heading its Capacity Building and Knowledge Management Division led a16 member team and steering the capacity-building initiatives, strategy and policy formulations and institutional collaborations for e-Governance programs with NeGD, state and central government departments.Was associated with BKMS Pvt ltd as an independent trainer and consultant from 2012-2014 and from 2017 to 2022.Worked on several research projects and consulting assignments in the field of Organization Development and Change Management, including Vision and Values; Goal Setting, Developing Internal Change Agents, Managerial roles and skills; Leadership Development; Women Leadership Development; Organization Design, Institution Development studies; and Organization Climate / Culture studies. Areas of interest: L&D, OD and Change Management, Organization Design, women @work and CSRHas an MA and M.Phil. in Sociology from the University of Hyderabad. PhD in Business Management from Osmania University, with specialization in Change Management.Specialties: Authored a book titled “Change and Turbulence in SAIL: A Story of Fluctuating Fortunes” (2002) and has published papers in professional journals. Guest Faculty @ Hysea Leadership Programs over 15 years Was on the Board of Nava Bharat Ventures Ltd as an independent and non-executive Director from 2014 to 2019.
