Madhav is passionate about giving back to the community and promoting equity. He sits on the Board of StepupNational, a skills based volunteer consulting branch of Deloitte that solves business challenges facing leading non-profits across the nation today (18 chapters, 100+ non-profits served), and has worked closely with nonprofits such as Young Storytellers on strategic scaling initiatives.Prior to Deloitte, Madhav worked with various early stage startups to help them launch, grow, and obtain funding, as well as co-founded his own startup while at UCLA. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Global Studies from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).
