Strive A full fledged production system where a user can perform complete video production by just using an iPad, portable box called Strive box, 4K camera and internet connection. Input to Strive box is internet and power. User connects to Strive box using an iPad application over Strive box wifi hotspot and schedules an event or can just go live over social media like YouTube, Wowza Cloud and other CDN’s. User can also do an private offline recordings, such as conference calls, workshops, confidential meetings etc. The video content is stored in various formats 4K, 720p & live stream video on AWS S3 Cloud Storage and is available to user at any time. The role played by each module is described below :-Strive Producer: iPad Application to schedule/start and stop event, list scheduled/live/ completed event. User can perform PTZ movements, add graphics, scorecard, replay clips, switch between camera views.Strive Box: Backend server is written in Node JS and C++ running on customized hardware, connected to 4K and HD cameras. The communication between iPad and Strive box is through HTTP and WebSocket server. Strive box is responsible for recording live feed from camera, process it, stream live to social media and upload to AWS S3 storage. After S3 upload, the AWS lambda service (Server Less) is triggered to perform post processing.Strive Portal: Online Django web server to maintain full details of the user, organisation and the events recorded by them. User can do video processing such as generating short clips, capture unique moments from event using interactive viewer.

Myris A plug and play biometric device used for login into application, website or personal computer. In this project Iris recognition is performed on a miniature USB powered biometric device.It was able to save up to 15 users identity. An cross platform application was developed using cef-client & HTML to enroll user’s credentials for login into Desktop application, website or Desktop itself and these credentials were stored in highly secured Biometric device.This application is mainly introduced for setting up passwords as complex as user like and once myris is linked, user can forget them.Nano Nxt Biometric device used for Iris recognition. This device is a wall mountable and can be used for attendance system and as door unlocker. In this project QR Code authentication was used before performing Iris authentication for supporting low energy consumption.The matching algorithm was hyper optimized to get the match from a database of 10000 person match in 1 sec. It can authenticate 20 person per min. A cloud based service of matcher was also implemented to match against a city database in real time. The development effort spanned over multiple technologies: computer vision algorithms, embedded system development, Windows and Mac OSX system programing, android and iOS application development and browser extensions.GameView Developed fully featured live video production and broadcasting system using IP cameras. It is used for numerous high school sports events broadcasted live to strive channel. The product was also licensed to another company and used for different event broadcasting use cases such as houses of worship and local government meetings etc.
Associate Vp - Technology
M4KR A portable 4K recorder with 4K camera which can be controlled via mobile app, used for scheduling a recording of event and control color/contrast/awb/focus of external camera. It was developed on Hummingboard running with linux. It had a built in WiFi hotspot which was used by Android phones to schedule event or configure the WiFi over the network. Cron jobs were used for invoking scheduler to start/stop event at the specified timestamp and upload recorded videos to cloud. Uploaded videos were marked for edition on GameView app locally and then submitted to cloud for processing. After the processing of video was done user used to get a notification about it.AWS Elastic Transcoder service was used for transcoding uploaded video, AWS Lambda & EC2 instance was used for video editing services.

The VDM system is configurable for a wide range of applications in terms of quality, bit rate and latency.
