Port Access Elevated Highway Project consisting of Pre-cast Box Girder Segments. The main purpose of this project is to construct 04 Lane 5.3 Km Long Elevated Highway connecting Ingurukade Junction with New Port City Colombo which cost about USD 360 Million (ADB funded).Responsibilities;Construction supervision and QA/QC works of Pre-Cast Box Girder casting, Post-tensioning and grouting.Supervision of Bored Piling Activities ( Boring, Rebar, Flushing, Concrete pouring & Pile testing).Supervision of Sub-structure and Superstructure of Via-ducts including Pile caps, Pier Stems, and Capping Beams Construction Works.Verifying the quality of the works by supervising the tests according to the project specification.

Civil Engineer at Central Expressway Project- Section IIhave gained over two years and ten months work experience, project cost about 34.5 Billion Sri Lankan Rupees.Responsibilities;• Construction supervision and QA/QC works of Bored Piling and boreholes (boring by BG and Winch machines, Pile tests including MLT, PDA, CSL and PIT )• Supervision and QA/QC works of Sub-structure and Superstructure of Via-ducts (including tie beams, Pier stems, capping beams, diaphragm walls, deck slabs, parapet walls, Top flange stressing, Expansion joints, Bearing pad re-adjustment work etc.)• Supervision of Post-tension Beam yard (30m T girder casting, stressing, Testing, Rectification of defective girders and girder launching)• Supervision of concrete structures mainly Culverts, underpasses and drains.• Supervision of Earthworks (Soft ground treatments, Embankment filling, Sub-base preparation and filling and testing) and ABC Laying and testing.• Supervision of Asphalt works (Prime coat, Binder course, tack coat, wearing course and asphalt curb).
