Quality Assurance Manager
Current# Develop and implement quality Assurance / Quality Management strategies, policies, and procedures in alignment with organizational goals and ISO 9001/ISO 14001 and ISO45001 standards. # Maintain and carry out activities related to SLS product standard, CE Mark product certification, Green Label product certification for the products. # Manage and lead a team of quality professionals, providing guidance, support, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.# Oversee the entire quality assurance process, including incoming materials inspection, in-process quality control, and final product quality checks.# Oversee the Research & Development and New Product Development activities related to new materials testing, process improvements, cost reductions, defects eliminations while keeping close contacts with local and foreign raw materials suppliers and technical experts. # Conduct regular audits to assess compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement.# Investigate and resolve customer complaints and non-conformance issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions.# Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to quality specifications and requirements at every stage of the product lifecycle.# Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics, generating reports and presenting findings to senior management.# Stay updated with industry trends, advancements, and regulatory requirements to proactively implement necessary changes to quality systems.# TPM Pillar Leader for QM (Quality Maintenance) Pillar at the factory and work on improving the product quality.# TPM Pillar member of SHE (Safety, Health and Environment) Pillar at the factory.# Conduct technical training to visiting undergraduates/civil engineers/architects, etc. on production processes. # Technical assistance to glaze raw materials related R&D activities and new product development.# Technical Committee member for New Product Development.
