In this role, I oversaw daily operations, encompassing underwriting,documentation, processing, and maintenance of SBA Lending Products and loanfiles for PNC Bank clients and acquired BBVA clients. I developedspecialized expertise in PPP loan application and forgiveness prerequisitesand effectively collaborated with clients to amass necessary documentationwhile facilitating forgiveness or repayment determinations.I am proud to have achieved forgiveness for more than 1000 clients withtheir SBA loans, demonstrating my expertise in loan forgiveness processesand strong client advocacy. Additionally, I spearheaded the underwritingteam, conscientiously handling the review and processing of over 8000 PPPloans for small businesses across the country, achieving maximum loanamounts for applications above the $150,000 threshold.

In this role, I led the wealth management function, directing operations for35 regional bank branches. I was responsible for driving the identificationand cultivation of revenue-generating opportunities. My focus was onmotivating branch managers and the sales and service team to initiate anddevelop cross-functional relationships between branch clients and the wealthmanagement group.Engaging with clients personally, I introduced the advantages of wealthmanagement services and advocated a team-oriented approach to enhance clientasset management. During my first year, I successfully acquired andonboarded ten new clients, resulting in the generation of $8 million in newrevenue.
