Coordinates, advises and provides guidance on the application of the Integrated Management System (IMS) - ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 55001:2014, ISO 17025:2017 requirements to other departments
Ensures the requirements of ISO standards are implemented across the organization.
Provide advice and guidance to employees on the application of the IMS in relation to ISO standards.
Assist HSEQ Team in review pre-qualification of contractors/suppliers from IMS requirements perspective.
Conducting IMS and Supplier audits in accordance with the Audit Schedule.
Develop checklists/flowcharts from applicable procedures, for use during auditing and to provide objective evidence as may be needed.
Maintain records, including logs, of all IMS documentation (and its verification) to ensure compliance with the requirements of Integrated management System.
Ensure proper root cause analysis is undertaken, and conclusions are reached, and corrective actions undertaken.
Establish and implement IMS training / information requirements for other Team members.
Ensure customer complaints / feedback are well managed. Customer complaints and feedback are analyzed, addressed and communicated as appropriate
Assist and support the team during surveillance and re-certification audits undertaken by the Third-party Certification Body.
Propose any improvements in the system and procedures, as required.
Maintain a lesson learnt/feedback system that contributes and distributes information within the team

Performing the document control for company’s management systems; updating and maintaining necessary reports, quality plans, process maps etc.Planning and conducting Quality / IMS Internal Audits for the company to verify compliance.Assist in company’s certification/re-certification processes

Develop strategic Quality Assurance programs that meet the company’s vision and growth initiatives. Lead the QA functions and take responsibility for integrating the programs throughout the organization and into the overall culture. Draft quality assurance policies and procedures. Interpret and implement quality assurance standards. Ensure delivery of the QA improvement plan. Review the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection systems. Plan, conduct and monitor testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure finished product quality. Document internal audits and other quality assurance activities. Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues. Analyse data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system. Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions. Provide internal training to employees, supervisors and managers on QA related issues. Coordinate and support on-site audits conducted by external providers. Evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective actions. Monitor risk management activities. Responsible for document management systems. Ensure regular inspections of working areas are carried out and set the examples for other staff for adherence to the Management System.

Implement the Quality Assurance Program, inspection/audit schedules, work procedures and quality record forms for Construction, Design, IT, Procurement & Logistics. Investigating the causes of non-conformance, determining the corrective and preventive actions, preparation, follow-up and final disposition of non-conformance reports together with the responsible Engineer. Submit monthly site reports to the client, identifying main and subcontractor activities such as work accomplished, inspection and tests conducted, results of inspection and tests, nature of defects found, causes of rejection and corrective action taken. Establishing, maintaining quality audits / inspections, including stock materials and equipment of suppliers and produce audit or inspection reports. Maintaining an orderly and updated document control and filing system of all documents, records and data related to project execution QA activities. Ensure that all activities are carried out in accordance with the inspection test plans, work procedures, manufacturer’s instructions and RFC drawings that are approved by the client / engineer. Providing sufficient written notice to the client, prior to the starting of all activities identified as hold or witness points in the approved inspection and test plan. Record all observations in the quality record / test record forms. Ensure that the test results / observations fulfill the acceptance criteria mentioned in the approved inspection and test plan.

Conduct internal audits on the systems and projects to evaluate and ensure compliance with requirements and identify opportunities for improvement.Assist Local Project Director with the preparation of Project and Site Quality Plans to meet Customer requirements.Manage implementation and maintenanceof quality management systems within the unit in accordance with ISO standards.Prepare and manage process maps,develop KPIs in accordance with the quality systems.Monitor projects for compliance with Project and Site Quality Plans. Ensure an effective quality control system on construction sites. Support Project / Site Management by guidance on investigation and resolution of failure.Identifying NCRs/Defects/Snags and Follow-up with construction team for effective Corrective & Preventive actions on the same.Attending coordination meeting with client and follow-up for Quality related issues. Investigation of Customer Complaints to identify preventive actions and reduce number of complaints.Manage the Customer complaint tool for significant quality related issues.Provide necessary support for the training of appropriate staff to enhance quality.Identify the need for and guide the development of process and procedures for project quality management.Reviews and analyzes core business processes,procedures, and systems to identify risks and priorities for process improvement and produces positive results.Manage processes and procedures,with appropriate bench marking across the unit and analyse the strength and weakness for improving its effectiveness.Work in accordance with the EHS policies and procedures (ISO 18001:2007, ISO 14001) , and ensure process improvement initiatives are consistent with EHS objectives.
