Radio documentary looked at the impact of Maoist Insurgency in Nepal. - Co-founder, Antenna Foundation Nepal (August 2002), a vibrant production and training outfit dedicated to public broadcasting in Nepal. After 9 years of founding, Antenna has grown from a small one-program production house to a vibrant production cum training facility catering to over 100 radio stations and competing with national and international producers.- Helped fundraise to establish community radio station in Humla, in remote district of Humla and technical expansion of over dozen-radio station in Nepal. - Trained over 500 radio producers, technicians and reporters in production, technical know how and news making in the past 10 years.

Senior ProducerRadio Sagarmatha Apr 2000 - Apr 2001- Managed a team of 18 radio journalists, editors and community reporters in the newsroom. - Produced 12 bulletins daily including local language and English language news bulletins. Before I took over the responsibility of news there were only two bulletins daily. - Produced and hosted daily half hour news and current affairs show-Bihani Haalchaal. This show included news, analysis, live interviews, features, reports and voxpops. - Provided training to community radio volunteers reporting from their respective localities in Kathmandu. - Conceptualised, and produced series of station IDs focusing on voices of people living in Kathmandu valley and representing the diversity of station’s audience. - Led many live-broadcasts of significant cultural and social events in Kathmandu and consistently taking radio station out of the station to where its audience lies.
