- Developed and maintained multiple Quickbase applications (e.g., Budget Tracker, NP Tracker, Assessments Portal, Data Policy App Inventory, Data Request Tool).- Created custom dashboards and web interfaces for Quickbase applications to accommodate requirements that native Quickbase UIs did not support.- Programmed an application that utilized the Quickbase API via Perl scripts to function as an Application and User Registry which monitored and provided access control for 10K+ users across 700+ DCPS Quickbase applications. - Increased visibility on staff caseloads by developing a Caseload Tracking tool which confirmed caseloads via React JS, HTML, CSS.- Led in-house development of a Help Desk Ticketing System with Quickbase database integration. - Led the Medicaid claim IT team that managed the Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) 835/837 claim transitions.- Designed, developed, and managed the Quickbase Medicaid Billing tool, which aggregated and segregated data for Medicaid billing from various sources.- Developed the final grade calculation script for 100+ schools within DCPS which covered 51,000+ students.- Implemented District and Federal Medicaid billing standards and regulations.- Interfaced with MMIS to develop automated methods to download, extract, and analyze claim data. - Devised automated solutions via PERL scripts to manipulate and transmit data between Oracle, MySQL and Quickbase systems from Linux servers for School Performance Data Initiative (SPDI). - Used HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and JQuery to develop a web application to maintain health data and provide intuitive dashboards and data entry solutions for Management to track and monitor their client base. - Developed a Consent Management System to track annual parental consent forms required for Medicaid billing.
