Responsibilities:• Overall responsibility to drive the construction and operation of the Project effectively.• Coordinate with construction team and sub-contractors to track their work performance and project schedule to ensure timely commissioning of the Project.• Coordinate with management, engineering, procurement, administrative • Project contractual obligations are satisfactorily met within prescribed boundaries• Internal and external audits• Close monitoring of project schedule and costs, update and report as project development proceeds.• Identify construction progress obstruction and provide a cost-effective solution to the management, budget within the approved limits and ensure regulatory and contractual compliances with all HSE matters• Monitor and inspect construction performance to confirm schedule, quality and that the constructed works are in conformance with the design• Review and manage technical submittals to confirm conformance with design and quality of work• Address issues that arise in a timely and cost-effective manner• Review of daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports and provide feedback to management• Review processes and procedures for plant, site, workshop and other facilities including transitioning from construction to commissioning and hand over to Client.• Suggest and implement a cost effective asset management strategy in line with management and suppliers.• Responsible for formulating and implementing company policies and guidelines• Regulatory Compliance and Liaison• Manage key stakeholders including regulatory agencies, government (local, municipal to federal), and landowners to ensure complete compliance.• Supervise employees, contractors and subcontractors and ensure that all activities are carried out in compliance with HSE regulations, policies, and procedures.
