I have been working on new product development from concept prototyping to SOP, delivering high-quality results within timeline and cost targets while mentoring large project teams. As head of E&E department at IPLTech (a Murugappa group company), I am responsible for setting up and managing the technical team responsible for the design and development of the EV system while working with global cross-functional teams across different verticals. I am responsible for planning the short-term and long-term strategy for the group. My core competencies include automotive system & controls, powertrain, vehicle modeling, V&V, calibration & diagnostics using model based system engineering in electromobility domain. I have good awareness in the emerging fields of autonomous and connected vehicles, ADAS, machine learning, neural network, data analysis, IoT and functional safety.
