I Madhukumar, working with Reliance Retail as AGM-HSE, managing HSEF for Fashion & Lifestyle business across pan India.I started my carrier with real estate company for a residential towers, later, I got an exposure to construction of High rise buildings, Chimney, Cooling Towers, Boiler erection, Conveyors erection, underground tunneling using TBM, Metro stations, etc. Having more than 18 years of experience in construction of different type of civil and mechanical structures.I am a Transitional Safety Professional (TSP) & Graduate Member of IOSH (GradIOSH),NEBOSH IDip, NVQ Level -5 Health and Safety Diploma, and one year Diploma in Industrial Safety. Further, i completed NEBOSH - IGC, Managing Safely from IOSH. Certified Lead Auditor for ISO 45001:2018 OHSMS, Certified Incident Investigator from ISQEM.
