I managed the laboratory and administrative operations of the Trans NIH RNAi Facility, comprised of several biological scientists with further informatics, automation, compound management, and project management support. I facilitated and managed existing and incoming collaborative projects with NIH intramural investigators to conduct genome-wide RNAi screening projects, including assay development, screening, and validation, in order to understand functional biology and accelerate target discovery and validation.

My research focused on developing assays to interrogate and explore new frontiers in cancer and stem cell biology, especially in a 3Dimensional, physiologically relevant context.
