Being a Civil Engineer here at Khar Consultancy Services , I have the followings Key Responsibilities and roles to play.• Preparation of drawings using AutoCAD software for new clients as well as shop drawings for the current project.• Editing the drawings as per site requirements and co-ordinating with the structural, architectural, Landscape, Lift & MEP consultants.• Preparation of bar bending schedule.• Estimating quantities required and preparation of BOQ for the project and preparation of rate analysis of certain materials.• Preparation of Tender documents, DPR, DLR, and Comparison sheets etc.• Managing Contracts, Documents and Test Reports.• Managing team for execution and quality control of civil, finishing & structure. Ensuring timely completion of project, and preparing weekly progress reports and quality reports.• Estimation and costing of the quantities required for the work to be executed upon.• Coordinating meetings and correspondence with client and contractor for execution of work.• Ensuring lower bills and managing billing with billing engineer for civil structure. Quantity Reconciliation after execution at site• Carrying out the execution of work at site in accordance with design & drawing.• Managing and examining all the materials received at site as per technical Specifications.• Visiting sites for planning & meeting with the new clients and giving the presentations of our previous work to the clients as part of business development.

Majorly handling work at site. Some major KRAs:Supervising parts of construction projects & work at site. Undertaking surveys, setting out sites & solving problems on site. Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly and supervising contracted staff to meet agreedspecifications, budgets and timescales. Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork liaising with project manager, clients, subcontractors & quantity surveyors about the ordering and the pricing of materials

To learn about the various engineering techniques used in construction of metro projects.To learn Labour management and to get them to work properly .To meet the deadlines in construction processes and to learn how to overcome the challenges and problems.To take care of the Piling and Boring processes and various tests performed at site.To deal with the Clients (DMRC) directly and explain about the various processes and happenings at the site.

my responsibilities include providing creative ideas for the 3 days technical fest TECHNITI .To design and look for content to make it more catchy on social media. Various duties like managing different societies publicity needs ,posters ,pamphlets ,social media posts etc. To think for the Creative ideas to make this event a success and set a level for the fests in india in fields of creativity ,campus decoration ,looks , social media trending ,new technical events etc.
