I have over 13 years of experience in the fields of Financial Analysis, Debt Credit Rating and Transaction Advisory Services. Prior to joining Icon Valuation, I was part of the commercialization and financial planning team of Instillmotion Consulting, Singapore, handling strategy & financial planning and product commercialization mandates. My key responsibilities included developing strategy for fund raising/commercialization of products, analyzing historical financial performance and building projected financials, interacting with potential investors and top management to raise funds and liaising with various parties involved in the transaction.Before joining Instillmotion, I was associated with a Mumbai based startup venture as a financial adviser & consultant, primarily assisting in the fund raising programme.During my time at CARE Ratings, a leading credit rating agency in India, I was part of the Credit Rating team, handling ratings of renowned large corporate groups. My key responsibilities included analyzing companies’ business risk profiles and financial data, preparing financial models, writing comprehensive credit notes and rating rationales for publications, timely submitting rating reviews, handling investor queries (fund managers, investment bankers, bank’s lending team) and interacting with senior management.I started my post qualification career in the field of Accounting and Financial due diligence for M&A and Private Equity deals with Grant Thornton Advisory Pvt. Ltd. and subsequently with Deloitte Touche’ Tohmatsu India Pvt. Ltd.The common requirements in all my roles have been detailed analysis of company's past and projected performance - suited for the end users, industry research and client management. My diverse experience with both large corporates as well as start ups has allowed me to hone my core skills of financial analysis, forecasting, business strategy & planning and reporting.
