I am a graduate in Mechanical Engineering from Arizona State University, the USA, and a master in Business from W. P. Carey School of Business – Arizona. I look after the Operational Excellence Department that is responsible for continuous operational improvements in the organization. I have been working on the concepts like lean manufacturing, TPM, and the Theory of constraints.On the technical side, my expertise in finite element analysis and computational fluid dynamics is playing a key role in developing new solutions for complete stock preparation systems of the pulp and paper industry. Recently, he also presented in LATAM and CII on power conservation in the area of refining by centralized refining solution. Apart from pulp and paper, I also have an interest and knowledge in the field of Molded fiber technology. The introduction of micro-fibrillated cellulose and reduction in chemical consumption has been a significant impact on the environment. Different processes like shredding and screening also added to the advantage of molded fiber industry from his continuous technological developments. Automatic forming machines and robotic integration of semi-automatic forming machines are his new area of development in of molded fiber industry.Recently, started with N-95 masks manufacturing under the brand called Medifence. In Pandemic, Medifence is playing an essential role in fighting against COVID-19. I am also actively involved in Lion’s Club for social activities.
