I began my career in a utility sector startup, which provided a unique learning experience where I had to do everything and be everything. This opportunity laid a strong foundation for leadership traits. During my college days, I enjoyed relational algebra and relational calculus and was fond of programming, which eventually led me to pursue a career in the data and database space.Later on, I moved to the ERP space and worked with Oracle eBusiness Suite, which was both challenging and exciting. My experience included end-to-end ERP implementation in a complex environment, establishing development activities from offshore, taking capability-building projects, managing Application Management Service with end-to-end exposure, focusing on customer experience management, driving key transformations, connecting with the team, and working with clients from over ten European countries. I also led services through an innovation culture in the team.These strong and successful experiences allowed me to extend my boundaries in ERP and manage a large SAP account for transformation and industrialization. I still have a passion for learning new things and working with data. Currently, I am exploring data science to see how it can help solve business problems in a better way.
