As an experienced HoD and Assistant Professor in the Department of Soil Science and Agricultural Chemistry at the School of Agriculture and Allied Sciences, The Neotia University (under The Ambuja Neotia Group), Kolkata I am passionate about advancing the field of soil fertility research. With over 4 years and 3 months of experience in the industry, I have gained extensive knowledge in the subject matter and published 8 research papers, which have helped me establish myself as a recognized expert in the field.I hold a Ph.D. in Agricultural Chemistry and Soil Science, along with a Master's degree in the same field, and a Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agriculture Operations, and Related Sciences, all from Bidhan Chandra Krishi Viswavidyalaya. My academic background, coupled with my work experience, has equipped me with the necessary skills to conduct innovative research and deliver high-quality education to students.As a researcher, my primary focus is on soil fertility, and I am always looking for ways to improve crop productivity while minimizing the negative impact on the environment.
