-Meeting and welcoming new members getting started with a membership. -Inviting new members to take advantage of our system to help them lose fat and build muscle with the program called the 5/25/30 workout program.-Guiding all members with correct information about their body type.-Helping current members of the gym with their workouts, measurements, and cardio. -Inviting current or new members in to do a full fitness evaluation and personal training session to help break out or prevent any kind of plateaus and experience the benefits of personal training.-Performing 2-3 fitness evaluations each day for new and current members, establishing their goals, putting together a game plan, working out, and if they want more help then going over personal training programs that we offer and the pricing for them.-Overcoming buyer's concerns with professionalism and integrity, maintaining a 25% sign-up rate.

-Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)-Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress, etc)-Hands-on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc)-Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)-Hands-on experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) - or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS)-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills-Strong decision-making skills-BS/MS in Human Resources Management-Designing and implementing an overall recruiting strategy-Developing and updating job descriptions and job specifications-Performing job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives-Preparing recruitment materials and posting jobs to appropriate job boards/newspapers/colleges etc-Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc-Screening candidate's resumes and job applications-Conducting interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within the schedule-Assessing applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes-Onboarding new employees in order to become fully integrated-Monitoring and applying HR recruiting best practices
