Have onboarded >6,000 SKUs, >90,000+ retailers across 10 states in <20 months since launchb) Grow Mandi - A digital marketplace which allows different stakeholders (farmers, FPOs, food retailers, traders, Food processing cos., etc) to trade in agri commodities. We've onboarded ~500,000+ farmers and 8000+ buyers2. Built a multi-functional team of 85+ members (which is growing every week!)3. Keeping in mind the demand from the consumers across the value chain - a) helped create innovative financial products to maintain product stickiness, b) formed alliances with Fintech startups to increase the offerings across the businessesOur first product was launched on March 28, 2020, a week after India entered into first of the many covid induced lockdowns/waves. I joined PAD while it was set up as a pilot in a couple of districts in one of the states in India. During my tenure, I was fortunate to-1. Lead the the organization and strike key partnerships with both central & state governments/bodies, which enabled us to rapidly expand to 700,000+ (MAU > 50%) farmers across 60+ districts in 6 states2. Project Title: "Mapping scalable technologies in the post harvest sector" : Rewarded with a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO)• Performed In-depth Interviews with 130+ people including manufacturers, entrepreneurs, industry experts, researchers• Conducted Research & Analysis of post-harvest technologies across 22 cities/towns of 10 states in India; gathered info from 6 countries • Identified 79 novel technologies; suggested 4 technologies and 4 target companies for investment after analysis
