Job Responsibilities:Recruitment• Resourcing, screening and short listing resumes through various job portals or else internal reference, head hunting.• Short listing the resumes based on desired skills and experience.• Advertising vacancies, screening and short listing resumes.• Experience in IT Recruitment.• Proficient in recruiting candidates from all levels Junior Level to Senior LevelHR Administration• Processing monthly attendance musters for employees & trainees.• Experience in handling Time Office (attendance records) Leave Management, updating other HR files and records Maintain employee records and files in order for ease of reference.• Reviewing, updating and maintaining HR policies procedures HR manual.• Explaining the policies, procedures, benefits, and what will be expected from them as new employees.• Employee joining, induction & formalities.• Preparing various letters like offer letter, appointment letter, confirmation letter, increment letter, bond paper, experience/service certificate, relieving letter, etc.• All data maintaining and filing• Keeping track of Confirmation, Appraisals, and Increments of employees.• Grievance handlingEmployee Engagement• Celebrations - Diwali, Ganpati Festival, and other company events• Managing - employee get together, fun activities, picnics & parties.• Developing employee engagement programs like Initiated and administered a welcome-mail policy to all new joiners, Initiated regular Birthday mailers & celebration policy.
