- Lead, coordinated, and documented project team activities including kick-off meetings, team meetings, design reviews, V&V activities, cadaver labs, surgeon calls, and sales meetings- Created and presented weekly or monthly project updates for upper management, surgeon design team members, sales team, and other internal departments with relevant information for each audience- Managed product roadmaps while working with engineers to reach milestones and overcome obstacles- Researched, developed, and presented market introduction plans for new product lines and line extensions- Created and maintained sales forecasts based on market data and historic sales- Developed surgical technique guides, product literature, and supportive sales information- Managed field assets and report monthly sales numbers for all products in Trauma - Trained sales representative for new product launches and during Trauma 101 and 201 courses- Communicated regularly with experienced sales reps and surgeons to gather feedback on products- Traveled to attend surgeries, visit KOL surgeons, support industry conferences, and support resident labs- Interviewed Project Engineer and Product Manager candidates and trained new hires- Introduced and ran a sales competition that drove quarterly sales up by 13% for three products
