My responsibilities as a Property Assistant include taking care of day to day tasks in the office. These tasks include creating action plans, proof reading action plans and other documents, pulling data from reports, sitting in on sales pitches, and being available to my colleagues to assist in other projects.I currently have the responsibility of managing my own account and am working on fulfilling items in the contract. My daily activities include brainstorming ideas for activation events, coming up with giveaways for games, getting approval on artwork and ideas, and meeting with both Michigan and the client to make sure everyone is on the same page and getting what they want.I am constantly expanding my knowledge of the industry by asking many questions and strengthening my communication skills by interacting with clients and people around the office.

I am part of student-based team that is building the Chat Sports brand from the ground up.My responsibilities include hosting events throughout the sports seasons that are supplemented by the brand with the intent of spreading awareness and increasing exposure. I also am responsible for encouraging downloads, using social media as a marketing tool, and creating signage with the purpose of increasing name recognition. I will also have opportunities to write and publish articles pertinent to the campus for the Chat Sports official website, share those articles through social media to be dispersed throughout the campus and increase web traffic for the site.

I worked with the Wolves/Hawks Soccer Club to develop and send out monthly newsletters to update and keep in touch with current Wolves/Hawks families and club alumni. I also created an alumni database and work with the club directors to expand their network.
