• Analysing and interpretation of monthly variances in the completion of the Monthly Finexco and Divisional Reports• Review of PFMA Section 51 submissions• Completion of the Quarterly PFMA submissions to the Risk, Governance and Compliance Section• Review of Business Cases and CAPEX submissions• Review of the Bid Adjudication Submissions• Review of duty travel submissions and any expenditure relating to the Operations Department• Management of the Auditor General of South Africa’s requests for Information and Communication of Audit Finding to ensure submissions are made on time

• Assisting and supporting the regional finance manager (RFM) for domestic commercial variance analysis, banking and reconciliation of Dot.com account

• Ensure high-quality safety and service to customers and flight crew on every flight• Maintain well-being of Cabin Crew Members during the entire duty period• Ensure compliance to relevant company policies, procedures, standards and relevant legislation (BCEA, LRA, industrial agreement, CAA regulation, etc.) and all other regulatory requirements of countries SAA operates to• Conducting on-board evaluations as required• Ensure performance management processes are adhered to, as required• Ensure that all Cabin Crew Members adhere to company policies, procedures and standards during the entire duty period• Manage on-time performance• Perform onboard coaching for Cabin Crew Members and identify performance gaps and development needs of self and Cabin Crew Members. Ensure effective verbal and written communication between all stakeholders• Ensure timeous and accurate completion of all required administrative duties, including completion of checklists and flight reports
