I served as the Chapter President of Alpha Delta Pi, which has a total of 323 members. I managed an Executive Board of 13 women, and oversaw budgets, events, and chapter members. Additionally, I facilitated weekly and monthly Executive Board meetings and chapter meetings to discuss the direction of our chapter as well as chapter goals. Furthermore, I oversaw a budget of over $500,000. This has taught me valuable skills such as effective communication, delegation, and professionalism.

I communicated and assessed the progress of the Chapter Recruitment and Marketing Team to the Chapter Executive Board and Recruitment and Marketing Director in monthly recruitment update. I also directed 7 recruitment events to promote membership, values, and introduce members. With this position, I led a team of ten women by delegating tasks and performing bi-monthly meetings. This position allowed me to recruit approximately 1,500 members during a week-long recruitment process resulting in a new member class of 108 women.

Aunt Chilada's is a popular Mexican food restaurant located in Phoenix, Arizona. With this position, I developed contracts and events for parties of 25 people or more. This required me to speak professionally on the phone with customers to figure out availability and special requests that were customized to the individuals' needs. I ensured financial details were correct for each event while working with clients to make sure all needs were fulfilled. I also hosted meetings with clients to show the event space at our restaurant and answer questions in detail.
