As a Transition Specialist, certified in customized employment, I am dedicated to empowering students across the region to achieve their long term career and independence goals. In addition to my work in education, employment, & disability advocacy, I wear several hats in the arts community. I serve as a House Manager at Red Mountain Theatre and as the Theatrical Project Coordinator at UAB ArtPlay, bringing my passion for the arts into every role I take on.Prior to my current roles, I spent three years touring North America as an Assistant Company Manager for multiple Broadway National Tours, including Fiddler on the Roof, The Book of Mormon, and Moulin Rouge! The Musical.I earned my Bachelor of Science in Theatre with a focus in arts administration and management, from the University of Montevallo in 2017. My long-term goal is to create a more inclusive, accessible, and equitable theatre and arts community in Birmingham and beyond. By combining my passions for disability advocacy, mental health, & the power of the arts, I believe we can make a real difference in the communities we call home.
