Listening to client feedback is key in this process. In my designs, I reflect the look of clients’ brands with consistent color schemes, typography & layout. The projects I have worked on include a variety of print and digital materials, including logo and brand development, website banners, email templates, Power Point templates, social media graphics, brochures, posters, and more.

After completing my internship with Tioga County Industrial Development Agency (IDA), I continued to work on their social media profiles by strategizing and designing regular posts and campaigns for their Facebook and Instagram accounts. This included monitoring conversations and engaging with other users' profiles in order to show public support for Tioga County businesses.

As an intern, I helped the Tioga County Industrial Development Agency (IDA), the Tioga County Department of Economic Development and Planning (EDP) and the Tioga County Local Development Corporation (LDC) rebrand under the name TEAM Tioga. This involved the creation of a new logo, as well as all new branding collateral (business cards, letterhead, envelopes, folders, postcards, posters, retractable banners, T-Shirts, etc.) and digital marketing materials (informational videos, digital signage, etc.)

At Career Services, I worked with a team to brainstorm ideas that inform students of the resources available to them to develop and advance their career. This included designing professional print and digital media to promote resources such as 1-1 appointments with Career Coaches and many online tools. I also composed blog articles about career development and managed the Career Services page on Facebook and the Laker Life website.

As a Student Ambassador, I led campus tours to groups of 2 to 25 people to inform prospective students and families about SUNY Oswego’s many opportunities. Other tasks that I completed in the office included reaching out to students through mailings and phone calls. I also handled confidential paperwork and input data into the Banner computer system in order to advance the application process.

The goal in Residence Life and Housing is to establish a secure, welcoming, and engaging living environment for student residents that encourages and supports their academic and personal success. Alongside my staff members, I did this by planning educational programs and community enrichment activities to inform and strengthen community, as well as enforcing fair policy and responding to resident needs.

As the Arts Coordinator, I managed the arts and crafts section of the Summer Recreation Camp by planning a variety of age-appropriate activities and supervising children grades K-8.
