Client Access Specialist
Current• Connect individuals and families to appropriate services by developing rapport, identifying their needs, and communicating the benefits of Embarks programs and services • Recruit appropriate prospects utilizing a needs assessment to support members to participate in programs. • Utilize variety of technology-based platforms for outreach programing content to include, Zoom, telephonic services and social media to ensure seamless member experience.• Provide daily notes into Salesforce to run appropriate reports, interactions and provide timely follow-up with program members to ensure effective customer experience.• Cross collaborate with other programs to support clients in transition to other levels of care and increase likelihood of retention of clients.
