Cultivate and manage a large team consisting of full-time and temporary team members for all warehouse operations, consisting of product/material receiving, unboxing/sorting, and packing/shipping. Facilitate international supply chain functions that include apparel inventory, packaging materials, procurement, and delivery of all supplies & equipment for authentication centers in Arizona and The Netherlands. Supervise supplier forecasting to identify material shortages while handling any invoice discrepancies. Travel oversees to operation centers and retail shops to design efficient inventory & operational layouts on-site.
